Sub-processor change history

This page records every change to Schemia’s sub-processor list — additions, replacements, and removals — over the most recent 12 months. Each entry shows the change type, the date we sent the customer notice, and the effective date of the change. We publish this trail to help customers discharge their own UK GDPR Article 28 record-keeping obligations and to make any audit under DPA Clause 9 frictionless.
Changes
Added: Kit Inc. Email marketing and delivery, US. Added ahead of the schemia.com splash page going live, so the privacy notice under Article 13(1)(e) names it before any address is collected through it. Transfer route is the UK IDTA under Kit’s processing addendum, not the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: Kit’s certification lapsed on 31 July 2026. Notice sent , effective the same day.
